Dr. Paul Colbon
Chief Executive Officer
Paul is a synthetic and medicinal chemist who co-founded LCC in 2014. He steered the company’s growth for over a decade, culminating in its 2025 acquisition by XtalPi, and now provides strategic and corporate leadership.
Caroline Couturier
Chief Financial Officer
As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Caroline brings 25 years of corporate financial management experience to the business. Her expertise includes the specific tax compliance needs of high-growth UK businesses.
Dr. Inder Bhamra
Chief Scientific Officer
Inder is experienced in early-stage discovery leadership – from building teams to progress phenotypic screening hits at Refoxy Pharma to more than a decade driving small molecule and development programmes to clinical candidate stage at Redx Pharma.
Anthony Huxley
Director of Chemistry
Anthony is a synthetic and medicinal chemist with 28+ years’ experience. A former Principal Scientist at GSK, he’s held leadership roles at Redx AI and Concept Life Sciences, as well as co-founding Insight Chemical Solutions (ICS Ltd).
Dr. Ross Goodyear
PSL Lab Leader
A synthetic chemist with nine years of experience, Ross holds a PhD in natural product synthesis. He has been a key developer of LCC's automated high-throughput synthesis and purification platform.
Dr. Vincenzo Cilibrasi
Synthesis Lab Leader
Vincenzo is a synthetic and medicinal chemist with over 10 years of experience. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, complemented by post-doctoral work in Drug Discovery, and is an experienced project leader.
Keith Price
Director of Brand
Keith has 20 years' experience spanning journalism, communications and culture development for tech-enabled start-ups. His expertise lies in aligning internal operations with brand experiences to drive consistency and excellence.

Dr. Chris Swain
Chris is the co-founder and director of Cambridge MedChem Consulting. He previously spent 20 years at Merck as Senior Director in medicinal chemistry and led the computational chemistry research group. He was also chemistry director of the project team that discovered and developed the NK1 antagonist Emend.
Dr. Stevan Djuric
Steve is the President of medicinal chemistry specialist Discovery Chemistry and Technology Consulting LLC. Previously, he was Vice President, Discovery Chemistry and Technology, Global Pharmaceutical Research and Development at AbbVie, where he was named a Distinguished Research Fellow in 2015.
Professor Brian Cox
Brian is the former Head of Chemistry (UK), Global Discovery Chemistry at Novartis. The majority of his career has been in big pharma and latterly in academia and as a co-founder of PhotoDiversity Ltd. He's engaged in extensive consulting and SAB activities for leading biotechs and academic drug discovery groups.
Dr. Adrian Gill
Adrian serves as the Executive Vice President of Discovery Chemistry and Head of Early Discovery at Revolution Medicines. With nearly 30 years of experience, his professional journey includes contributions at Roche, Astex Therapeutic and AstraZeneca, where he served as the head of medicinal chemistry for the CVMD iMed in Molndal, Sweden.
